• KYC Data: We do not perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification or collect identity documents

• Wallet Addresses: Your public wallet address is visible when you connect to the Service. This is publicly available on the blockchain and is not considered private information.
• Transaction Data: Transactions you initiate through our Service are recorded on the public Bittensor blockchain. We do not store this data separately.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics such as pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve our Service.
• Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as browser type, operating system, and screen resolution for optimization purposes.
• IP Address: Your IP address may be temporarily logged for security and rate-limiting purposes.

4. Blockchain Data

Please be aware that the Bittensor blockchain is a public, decentralized network:

• All transactions are publicly visible and permanently recorded on the blockchain
• Your wallet address and transaction history can be viewed by anyone
• We have no ability to delete or modify blockchain data
• Staking activities, delegation amounts, and rewards are publicly visible

• Wallet Providers: When you connect a wallet (e.g., Polkadot.js, Talisman), you are subject to their respective privacy policies.
• Bittensor Network: Interactions with the blockchain are governed by the decentralized protocol.
• Analytics: We use Umami, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool, for audience measurement. Umami does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and all data is anonymized. It helps us understand general usage patterns (page views, device types) to improve the Service.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect the limited data we process:

• Secure HTTPS connections for all communications
• No storage of sensitive authentication data
• Regular security assessments
• MEV Shield option for transaction privacy

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Since we collect minimal data:

• Session data is cleared when you disconnect your wallet or close your browser
• Preferences stored in local storage remain until you clear your browser data
• Server logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security purposes
• Blockchain data is permanent and outside our control
